A mod for the game Dragon Age: The Last Dragons will allow you to see all the gifts for each of your companions and where to find them. You will also be able to see the companions' level and see when the next companion is available to give you a gift.

Installation
Download the file you will be able to install it in the game's directory or in the extension's directory. You can do it with a right-click or drag and drop.
The file you download will contain a text file, and you will have to import it to the game. If you create a new character, you will have to save it first and then reload it to see the note.
If you already have the game installed, you can just download the file, and it will work.
Uninstallation
If you want to uninstall the mod, just delete the file you downloaded, and the game will be back to normal.
